1. Raw materials must be inspected before production, and unqualified raw materials shall not be put into production:
2. Each process must be produced continuously to prevent the accumulation and deterioration of raw materials and semi-finished products, which may lead to the reproduction of pathogens and spoilage bacteria: Hygiene during the operation
3. Tools, pipes and equipment must be cleaned and disinfected before production. Boiling water disinfection must ensure the disinfection time and temperature, and production can only be carried out after passing the inspection;
4. When production is interrupted due to equipment or other reasons, the batch of products must be strictly inspected. If they do not meet the standards, they shall not be used as edible or indirectly edible products;
5. Raw materials and semi-finished products that overflow or splash during the operation should be cleaned in time to avoid breeding pollution sources; if the staff changes their jobs and may cause the raw materials and semi-finished products to be contaminated, they must change their work clothes, wash their hands and disinfect;
