In March 2024, the regulatory authorities conducted a strict inspection of our factory

First, the leaders gave the following instructions on the environment of the plant:

1. The potential pollution risk brought by the environment to the production of food additives should be considered, and appropriate measures should be taken to reduce it to the lowest level.

2. The plant area should be reasonably laid out, with clear divisions of functional areas and appropriate separation or division measures to prevent cross-contamination.

3. The roads in the wide area should be paved with concrete, asphalt, or other hard materials: the open space should take necessary measures, such as paving cement or laying lawns, to keep the environment clean and prevent dust and water accumulation in normal weather.

4. The greening of the plant area should be kept at an appropriate distance from the production workshop, and the vegetation should be maintained regularly to prevent the growth of pests.

5. The plant area should have an appropriate drainage system. Facilities such as sewage ditches should be kept unobstructed, and there should be no accumulation of water, leakage, silt, filth, or growth of harmful organisms that may cause product contamination.
6. Living areas such as dormitories, canteens, and employee entertainment facilities should be kept at an appropriate distance or separated from production areas.
7. Other products that are harmful to product hygiene shall not be produced or stored in the production area.
8. Animals not related to production shall not be raised in the production area. Guards should be strictly managed and prohibited from entering the production area

The staff carefully recorded and showed the leaders the rigorous and standardized environmental implementation of our factory. The leaders inspected them one by one and were very satisfied.
